MOORHAVEN SPORTS AND FUN DAY - SUNDAY 30th AUGUST 2009 from 2pm. To mark the formation of the Moorhaven Sports and Social Club we are having an inaugural Sports and Fun Day on the playing field. Why not come along and join in some of the events that we have got planned? Or if you you have got something to sell, bring along a table for the mini car-boot sale.
Beat the Keeper, Shoot the Hoop, Welly Throwing, Tennis Tournament; we have hopefully got something for everyone. There will also be residents on hand to answer questions re the proposed levelling of the playing filed and also to discuss any ideas you may have for more Sports and Social events.

The Moorhaven Sports Club committee will use this page to keep Shareholders updated of developments regarding the project to level the Sports Field.

Minutes of our regular meetings will be posted on the site together with details of events that will be taking place.

Please also use the message board to submit comments and ideas on the project; the field is ultimately a village facility so we would like to incorporate activities for the whole village to enjoy.
